Hi guys, i'm making a new app in windows, but i'd like to make the same app in adroid too. How could i monetize my app? With Ads? CPA(cost per action? Which is the best? i saw how cpa works, but i see there are ads of pin submits and people basically get scammed with these ads.
I'd like to make my app free and make money from downloads and i want to feel good about it, not to scam people. Do you have any good advice? thank you

you could offer advertising space to real companies that sell products/services to the customer base that would use the app.

CPA and CPM are good if you have massive traffic. You might want to offer in app purchases or work with companies and provide leads.
