Connect to Xbox Live? - 349 - 05-23-2014 12:06 AM
We had Xfinity, switched to Dish Network, switched back to Xfinity.
My xbox live was fine until we switched back. Every other device in the house connects to the Internet through wifi, idk why my xbox won't. Sometimes it will for like 1 minute, but then it disconnects and I can't get it to reconnect. I tried disconnecting the modem, didn't work. I tried resetting moden, didn't work. I tried disconnecting the wifi adapter from my xbox, didn't work. Idk what else to do. :/ should I reset my xbox to factory settings? I've been trying to find that option on my xbox but I can find it.
What should I do to reconnect? Cuz my subscription renewed and I can't even use it. Help please.

That seems like an issue with your Internet Provider (IP). Dish network installations deal with coaxial cabling through your household. Your Xbox does not require those type of connections. I would advise you to contact your Internet Provider and Xbox support for further assistance. Most of the times you may need a new router depending on the issue.
