He only noticed me 3 weeks ago cause I was new to my new high school
(We only have even day lunch together, no classes, both juniors)
But heres what happens:
-He followed me on Instagram last Monday (even though we have no mutual friends, no classes, etc)
-He usually doesnt get lunch but he went with his friends to get lunch at the line i was to get my lunch
-Today he moved a few tables closer to my table.
-And I think he looks at me sometimes but Im too scared to look at him...
Are these.good signs??? Thanks..

You would get better answers if you ask this in singles and dating. These people are rude.. To answer your question: he could possibly find you attractive.
