What are the requirements for selling items online in Connecticut? - 069 - 05-23-2014 06:21 AM
I would like to design clothing and sell my items on Instagram and also to create a website. Based on Connecticut laws, would I be required to obtain a business license? And if so, would this be because of the website or would it still be required if I only sold through Instagram as well?
