Ok so I paid this guy like $50 to get my Youtube video on the first page when someone searches up a specific long - tail keyword (ex. How to tie a tie). Within an hour, my video went from one of the back pages to the first page of Youtube. Can a SEO expert tell me exactly how he did this in one hour??
OK GUYS SO I DID NOT GIVE THIS GUY ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. HE DID SOME EXTERNAL STUFF OK???

He probably just added this phrase and related keywords to your video, and perhaps changed the thumbnail to something that was intriguing to click on. SEO isn't rocket science, it's just good content marketing.

Yes it's easy to do with correct wording.
The amount of visits will be next in keeping your video at or near the top.
