Last few weeks I am receiving confirmation of friends request on my fb account from people that I never send to them, never want to add them to my fb. How can it happen? Did someone know/hack my fb PW?

It sounds like someone is able to get into your account. You should change your password. Someone could also be using your phone if you're leaving it somewhere.
