May be your internet connection is only for some specific application. Make internet connection active for all aplication.

check is your firewall or some software blocking it

Well, check your internet connection first to see if its properly connected.
You can even uninstall your application and install it again.

Maybe a Maybe there is a firewall or some such thing blocking access to the internet from it? I think you should try out the BestVideoDownloader as it's free and can download in many different formats. I tried it out and it works great so what do you have to lose?

had the same problem.. try this quick fix.. Check if windows media player is working offline.. In the File menu, uncheck work offline. DONE! Now download as many music/ porn/ etc. as u like!
