this guy added me on kik. I didn't know who he was but he had a normal looking selfie as his display picture and his full name on there so I believed that he wasn't some perverted weirdo and replied to his message.
after a while he started sending dirty messages to me and a picture of himself (just his face), I replied for a bit but then got a little creeped out and started ignoring him.
I have only my first name on my kik and I sent him a picture of my face, other than that he has no personal details about me and he thinks I live in America- I don't by the way.
is there anyway he could track me down?
I'm not sure why he would want to but I'm a little freaked out by the whole situation.
any answers will be appreciated so much

Unless you displayed information about your whereabouts publicly or told him in private, No he cannot. He might track you down using your IP, but then it will show the location of the nearest ISP server you are connected to (often about 50KM away from you)
