How can you get emoji on instagram on either a Samsung galaxy s2 or iPod?

you have to have the emoji app & copy/paste them.

In iPod you first have to go to settings, then you click in General. After you are in 'General' you are going to scroll down and select 'Keyboard'. Last, you click in 'Keyboards' , then you select 'Add New Keyboard..' You will scroll down until you find Emoji, select it and then, your done.
Extra:
To Use Emoji, you click on the world/earth picture thingy to the left of the keyboard whenever you type.
