Whenever I try to upload pictures on Facebook to a fan page or a Facebook group, it brings me back to my homepage. I did some digging around and it said that if that happens, you've been suspended from uploading new pictures.
Any idea when this ban will be lifted? The last time I tried was about a week ago.

Suspended in internet terms means banned permanently.
