Okay, so I clicked Direct messages, and I typed up my message and it says " send _______ a direct message" but where the blank is, it's a down arrow and there's no option for me to choose. can some one tell me what to do, thank you!! <3<3<3

Is this person following you? You can only send direct messages to people that are following you.
