Okay so I really wanna know what this app(s) is called! I always see popular Instagram accounts using it and they never tell you what it's called. So it like a collage with two scenes and it's blurry where they meet and something's there is words.
Example: go to Hungergameske or Switchedhd on Instagram, I wanna know how they do those types of pictures.

Looks like something the app call picsart or pixlr express would do . Try those apps (:
