So my old twitter randomly followed people, so I deleted my twitter awhile ago, a few day ago I was just looking at a twitter account (not logged in) and it said I was following people. I was thinking about making a new twitter, and I was wondering when it says I am following someone but it was a random person, do they see I am following them?? Thanks! If there's any other tips let me know

Yeah, they can check to see who's following them.
But it doesn't matter, a lot of people follow random people they don't know, it's not like Facebook.
