I want to change my Facebook profile pic but I don't want it to come up on news feed. I basically don't want anyone notified that I have done. Is there a way I can do this? I can't change my profile album to only me I've to change every pic one by one.

Well, as far as I know the album profile pictures cannot be changed to only me, its always on public but I don't know if it can be changed,

its very simple upload your photo and immediately delete the update from your timeline it will not be shown on news feed.
