What is facebook developer ? is it a virus ? and can other people see what activities am i doing ? please explain. i created an app and i quickly deleted it. What is it ? help

Facebook Developer is the developer program for Facebook. Its what they use to make the apps that people use on the site like Farmville, etc. No it is not a virus by any means.
