Concern about e-mail privacy? - Fernando - 05-24-2014 11:10 AM

I'm having a problem with my gmail account and Facebook. At first I was trying to log in into my Facebook using my gmail, and suddenly it didn't let me log in for no reason. After trying more than a few times I sent a request to change my password at my gmail. As requested I changed my password and went on to Facebook to find the unpleasant surprise to log in into someone else's page. This is isn't the first time either is being three times and lost all my information.

How can I approach this to retrieve my Facebook?
What are the danger that me and someone else is using the same email?
Is facebook or gmail should be held responsible?
If so how can I make my voice heard so I can take legal action against them?

Gmail should be held responsible. Usually when you sign up for an email account it will tell you if that user name is being used by someone else. I would contact gmail and explain the situation. Here is the link, you'll have to copy and paste and it is google contact phone number and email, since gmail is associated with google. http://www.google.com/contact/
