My website is already to be searched in Google's search engine. But now I want yahoo and bing.

Visit http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster. There you can learn how to submit your site to Bing.

Yahoo and Bing are a little slower than Google, so you could just wait for them to catch up or you could get your site indexed with these steps:
Submit your site to yahoo:
http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit
Submit your site to bing:
http://www.bing.com/toolbox/submit-site-url
Then just focus on adding quality content to your site, social bookmarking, and high page rank link building.
Also make sure that you ping you site, I use http://www.pingomatic.com

Bing and Yahoo are one. Use the websmaster tools of bing to submit your website.

Try to add your site in yahoo and Bing search engine.
Yahoo – http://listings.local.yahoo.com/csubmit/index.php
Bing – http://www.bing.com/toolbox/submit-site-url

You can submit your websites to Bing and Yahoo search engines as well. You can go with other optimization activities and wait for result. Make your content qualitative and keyword rich. It should be informative and highly updated to attract visitors.
You will get less traffic from Bing and Yahoo compare to Google.

Here's the easiest thing that many overlook. Type your website address in Yahoo search, look if your site is there. Try it periodically. After few days, try to type one of title post. Try to find your link and click on it. This way, your website will get indexed fast
