we all know that most of the youngsters are getting addicted to fb nowadays... ders only one way to avoid it.. permanently delete your account if u think that its a waste of time.. and set a motto not to use fb anymore.. tis may b difficult at first.. but if we come to know the benefits of avoiding fb, we will never use it again!!
