If I wanted to go on someone's Twitter profile on my phone and wanted to see the exact amount of tweets they have, like if it says 11.2k and I want to see the exact amount, how do I? Or if they have 13.4k followers and I wanted to see the full amount?

Depends on whether you can hover over the number: in a Web browser, you'd position the mouse over the number, wait a second, and a box will appear with the exact amount.
