I am sick of ATT and I want another internet provider.

Yahoo is not the provider. They are a web portal that allows you access across the web.
Providers are companies like AT&T, Comcast, and Verizon.
You can go to a site like this and enter your zip code to find internet providers.
http://www.internetserviceproviders.org/
Or you can try this one; it may be better:
http://internet.inmyarea.com/
By the way, I would never have a provider who locks you into a yearly/2 year contract.

Yahoo stopped offering web provider services in the early 2000's

Call your ISP they will help you.
