I need a good video editor to make like youtube videos because I'm on a chromebook which means I CANT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING (exe's ect)

WeVideo has a really nice interface, but only standard definition videos are free.

YouTube has their own editor, which I haven't tinkered with:

If you want to do more research, it's helpful to add "browser" to your searches to make sure the results lean toward programs designed to run in a browser.
