Why is the time an email is received different between basic and full featured? - 854 - 05-25-2014 08:10 AM For instance, my husband sent me a test email, the time he sent it was 9:47 am. In the "full featured" mode it had the correct time stamp on it. In the "basic" mode it had a time stamp of 2:47 pm on it. I'm checking on the version of IE I have and also on Compatibility Mode as to why my computer keeps changing my setting from basic to full featured every time I log out. - Andy - 05-25-2014 08:21 AM Concerning the time lapse I cannot answer the question. But regarding the switch from BASIC to Full featured version, you can do this : > Once you are on the Basic feature→go to where you can ask the page to become a favorite (in Google Chrome it's the small star you can see in the URL band on the right→click and follow the easy instructions→you can always turn on the Yahoo Basic by clicking on the favorite you have prepared. Good luck. |
