I doubt it. theyll probably start sending you crap (or bills) in the mail. Email the cosmetic company and ask if they know of any promotions running atm

They are just an affiliate of gift-rewards.net who earns a commission of perhaps $1 for anyone who enters their email address into the form.

My guess it's a "CPA" marketing thing like the Free iPad offers that require you to sign up for 13 different product trials, etc. to even have a chance of being one if the few who actually gets the prize.

Just read the fine print at the bottom of gift-rewards.net that stats it's not affiliate with the maker of the product the are 'giving away'.

I checked with MAC Customer Service on the number on the official MAC website and they verified they have NOTHING to do with this site and that site is NOT an authorised MAC dealer
