you should create backlinks by learning some sort form of seo's purchasing backlinks could be backfire you.

Free aren't always best, but blog comments still work quite well. Use the Google blog search, and search for a general keyword related to your website, eg "weight loss". Then simply comment on posts related to your site and include a link back to your site. Just be careful not to spam blogs and write quality comments. This is what I do and it works very well.
