Facebook just says "You pay whatever you want to and the more you pay the more people you reach." Duh! I want to know rates - exactly what you get for exactly how much money.

Exactly what you get is complicated. Facebook knows a lot about its users and tailors ad placement to your narrow criteria. Go into the system and set up an initial ad campaign with a small amount of money and you'll see how it works. You needn't even actually go through with it at the end to see most of the process.

There are no fix rate of Facebook ads. it depends on Localization and Market you want to target and want to show your ads.
