As long as you have the right meta tags in your head and your markup is correct (this includes correct use of h1, nav and article tags, etc.), the cms doesn't really affect your seo. Keep in mind that it can't hurt to have a site map for crawlers.

To start with, most CMS systems are not SEO friendly. Most need to take the help of plugins or programming workarounds. With that out of the way, from experience of the major popular ones, Wordpress is the easiest to setup as an SEO friendly CMS. For Ecommerce Magento has put some effort in this direction.

Every CMS platform is the SEO friendly itself, In my preference, joomla, wordpress, drupal comes in a queue
