Yeah, recently I tried out this free hosting service http://www.000webhost.com/ You can chose one their sub-domains and upload your website. It's been really reliable so far.

You can go to webs.com and create a website and put it on the internet for free.

There are several hosts that offer free services. I do not recommend going with 000webhost, I had unpleasant experiences with them. Still, there are other good hosts like freehostia, biz.nf, etc. that also offer free domains. But I'd recommend you to get your own .com domain, you can find 1$ coupons for that.

I think you should go with free hosting sites like blogger, wordpress, webs.com
All are reliable and good for a website.
