Well, I was gonna buy some Jordan 11 Concords from this guy, he had a good record and a lot of people put positive comments but I've been waiting a pretty long time. He lives here in the U.S and I though, I guess he didn't have enough time. After 3 days I called, texted, and emailed the guy, no response. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?! I gave him $300 for the shoes!

Did you use your eBay account to buy the shoes with PayPal? If you did, you can file a dispute via eBay to get your money back, but if you did it through personal means, then you're out of luck.

how long is a "pretty long time" after 45 days the seller gets away with it.
if it is before 45 days open a "item not received" case and ebay will force a refund

The facts you stated are not fully clear. "I've been waiting a pretty long time" and then "After 3 days "
Do you mean it's been 3 days? If so that is not a long time and absolutely not enough time to allow delivery.
If it's been weeks, then contact him through ebay (ask seller a question option). And if you get no response in a few days, then just open a dispute with ebay. You will get your money back.

You are worried after only 3 days? First, check your Paypal account and make sure your payment went through. Then look at his listing and see what the shipping dates are. Then, if you had it shipped Priority it would be a 3 day shipping but if it went Parcel Post it could be a week or more depending on distance.
You acted too soon. Follow what I told you and if he gave you a tracking number, see where the item is, assuming it was shipped. We dont know that yet. But 3 days after the purchase is too soon to expect anything.
Dont assume the seller has been dishonest since you have not done what you should.
