Do you know about any such websites? - D J - 05-26-2014 01:08 PM

I have heard that there are search engines that can recommend similar websites based upon previous user search history. Is this true? If the answer is yes then please tell me the names of such websites as well as a little bit description. Thanks.

When you use Google (and most other search engines) to search for something, the list that comes up is in order based on user search history (meaning users who searched the topic and clicked that link) and relevance. The more users that click the link, the higher up it will be on the list. There is also the subscription factor, meaning companies pay for priority listing on the search engine. That priority may change based on the number of users who click the link and visit the site.
