I can't find my toolbar and my google chrome isn't on my firefox.... I'll push the firefox icon and it just appears like it did before. But theres another icon that has the google chrome without my toolbar! Please help me!!

Google Chrome does not have any toolbars and it's not designed to have any.
There are whats called Extensions designed for just Google Chrome.
