I Girl I Know talks to me on facebook alot but most things i post she comments on it and sometimes she says "I Love you JKS" Over chat quite a few times...

Anything that is typed can be misinterpreted. I say get past just the simple online convos. Ask her to hang out someplace. They will allow you to test whether she respects a friendship with you or if she really likes you. I do think you have a good chance though, based on what you have said.
