Lately I've been at target or Starbucks or wherever and there's been cute cashiers working. I can make small talk for a min but I can't really figure out a way to ask one out if I like them. It seems like it could be weird. Anyone got any insight? Advice?

Just ask casually if they wanna hangout sometime. Or friend her on social media & ask her out that way.
