Why would someone need a fast internet connection for normal use? - OKwithme - 05-27-2014 05:36 AM

I don't understand why someone would need a fast internet connection if they're just surfing the web, etc.

The faster internet connection is the lower the chances of wasting relatively tiny seconds of your life

Well, fast is a relative term. If you have a super slow internet connection, opening a site might take a long time compared to the faster connection that completely loads the page in half a second.

If you add up all of the small seconds of delay when using the slower connection over the course of a few years, it could actually seem like you wasted hours or even maybe weeks of time I guess.
