WCW stands for Woman Crush Wednesday. It's when someone puts their woman crush on Instagram or Twitter on Wednesdays and reveals it to people. MCM is man crush Monday.

Women's Crush Wednesday.
When males post pictures of women that they find attractive, care about, etc.
Some exceptions apply to this when females post under the same premise, but it could either mean they are very good friends or just happen to admire a certain woman's appearance or achievements, or is lesbian.
