Question about selling my item on eBay? - eiurjbsdhbjdk - 05-27-2014 10:16 PM

I just made an eBay account and I put up my first item up for sale last night. I now have a couple of watchers and I recieved a message from someone asking if they can purchase my item for a price lower than my fixed price, I am not doing the auction.
Right now I have 4 days left to sell my item. I wanted to know if i am I able to change my fixed price to attract more buyers? I was planning on doing this to see if I would recieve anymore messages from people willing to buy the item at my price and I know theres a time limit when you can change information on your item.
Also, do I have to sell the item right when the 4 days are up? Can I sell it earlier, like for example, tomorrow morning If i just put it up yesterday? in case someone is willing to buy it from me today.

You can edit your listing if no one has placed a bid, or obviously if it has not sold at the BUY IT NOW price. With just the fixed price, you sell it when someone clicks on the BUY IT NOW option. It's not your choice. Someone can buy it at any moment once you have posted it. If you don't do an auction sale, attracting more buyers won't make a difference in the sale price. If someone is interested but wants it for a lower price, I'd just wait until it closes and then relist it at a lower price.
