Does it send off a message like: "wow this person is attractive" or anything like that if a guy likes/comments on a girl's pictures that he doesn't know. and Vice versa, for a girl to do that to a guy's pictures?

I think it isnt strange if the person is Instagram famous or has a lot of followers or something! If they are lesser known and do not have people commenting stuff like that, then it becomes a little strange!
