You're only 13? You shouldn't be so worried about how you look. You have a well developed body, more mature than I'd expect from a 13 year old, but you should just have fun and not be worried about things like that. You won't be young forever.

It doesn't matter what others think. If you are insecure and unhappy with your body, you need to work on your confidence.
Edit: What type should you wear? Whatever you are comfortable in. If you think you are too skinny, or have a small chest size, you can try and google which bikini styles look best on these body types.
