Ok so I tried to log onto facebook and it said that my password was changed yesturday click here if you think this is a mistake and i did and then it send me a reset code to my gmail and then i went to my gmail and then they change my password on that to and now i can log on none of my accounts so what can i do to get my facebook and gmail account back Please help me if you know how.
