my friend had a nasty group made about her giving head to someone and me and her have both reported it, will it get deleted when the facebook people see it? and if so when because we reported it a few days ago? thanks,

Well, first of all even if the group was something sexual, if you were not mentioned on the group and no one else was offended (I mean, literally) it will not be deleted. There are FB groups where you can talk about sex. So, It takes time until FB review your report
