I got tumblr recently and I just really need some help, I joined because I always see pictures of funny tumblr posts and comment threads and I wanted to join in with the fun if you know what I mean, but I don't even know where to start. I can't find any of these posts, I don't know what to search or who to follow or how to comment on things, not that I can find anything to comment on or find any posts with funny comments. I feel really frustrated because I see all these pictures and people writing that tumblr is their life and stuff, but I just don't understand. Can someone who goes on tumblr a lot and makes funny posts about fandoms and stuff please help me? I feel like a bit of an idiot really, am I just missing something obvious?

Tumblr is really I guess kind of stupid.. Instagram is a better app

there are many "funny" comment threads, though, there are many that are made by ordinary non-funny blogs so your best bet is to keep an eye out for the "LOL" tag http://www.tumblr.com/search/lol
how to "comment" on things: to do that, you have to click the reblog button (which is like 2 arrows going in a circle at the bottom of the post) and write what you want at the bottom
