I'm a 16 year old girl and I'd love to find new friends that are like me on facebook. Are there any groups or like facebook forum chat thingies where I could find new friends online? How do you go about finding them? Thanks!

Just find a group in your area that does something you enjoy and join it, then talk to those people

it's against the rules to "find new friends" on facebook - didnt you read the terms you agreed to?

Facebook is about the friends you already know in the real world. trying to add people you never met them before in real life is against the terms of facebook and you may get banned from adding people if facebook systems recognized you are doing that.
