so i joined one, and they all say to invite a lot of friends, so i did and then theres a link underneath that it says to follow, and when i follow it it's just the same group page and theres nothing telling you who's looking at your profile..so i guess do they work? and if they do how do they work?
ohh and the group that i joined is called

No all those are fake. The group you are mentioning is just some person trying to publicize their art work. It goes against the facebook rules. These groups are just made from people who want attention.
