While the site is registered to a U.S. address another site dunkskicks.com registered to the same email address uses a Chinese address, I have to assume this is a Chinese counterfeit seller using a fake U.S. address to look more legit.
95% of the sneaker site people ask about here are Chinese counterfeit sites, don't give your money to a site that only has disposable email addresses and no identifying address or phone# on their Contact Us page.
