A long time ago I put a video on facebook and deleted it from my computer, but now I want it back, is there anyway I can take a video from off my own profile and save it? Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

install Internet Download Manager.
then go to the video, play it and you'll be alerted with a download button.
click the download button and downloading will start immediately.

You can download it via cometbird.
Cometbird is a browser. Make a search on internet I hope you will find it and see the features of that browser and you will find the way how to download video form Facebook
