if its off of youtube find the html code and copy and paste it in one of the boxes that you type in

you have to add "Video" application developed by facebook in your profile. just type "video" in search which is on the left side of your profile.... and add the application, the one developed by facebook. once u have it.... u can upload video using browse!!
