How can I contact the Facebook developers for a question about copyrights? - cswanson - 05-30-2014 11:12 AM

I am an editor for my high school yearbook and our teacher wants me to find out if we can use the Facebook.com layout for our yearbook. I've searched the internet already and I can't seem to find a specific answer to my question, so I wanted to try to contact a Facebook developer about copyright information and to see if we could use the layout. Does anyone know how I can do that OR if we can legally use the Facebook layout? Thanks.

No, you can't. They won't give their approval even it you could reach them.

as long as facebooks name is not on it ---it SHOULD be ok ...
only replicated or knock offs are illegal
ur not using their name without their knowledge or tryin to pass off as facebook
either way ... contact help or support
it should take no longer than 3 days for a response

calling a local lawyer may help.

Well since its a yearbook, you really don't have to imitate facebook's layout, just make a layout that looks like it but with your own modifications.
