is it possible this question has been asked a million times, and that you should have used google.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.

There is no way to see who has visited your Facebook profile. However, there is an application available, a few actually, that can determine who is the most frequent visitor to your profile based on their activity level on YOUR profile e.g. how many times they post to your wall, and comment on things you post on your page. Knowing who these people are should be quite easy to determine anyways based on your notifications. The other applications are not correct. They simply take random friends and say they are your top visitors. Do not believe them.
