Ok, you all know why i am asking this, i want to watch some "videos" and it says "Web Site Blocked" and under it, it says "Forbidden Category: Pornography", how do I make it unforbidden in Google Chrome.

okay i got you on this one.
in your browser adress bar type 387987.info and press enter, you will be brought to facebook and you will see a grey adress bar.
now open a new tab and go to the site thats blocked and copy the url then go back the fb page and paste the url into the grey adress bar.

I think it has something to do with the ISP blocking sites.

Buy a good VPN.
Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best VPN review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.
Also fancy VPN sites with instant gratification and setup are subject to getting hacked, like purevpn did last month. Customer emails and names were stolen and used by the hackers.
