Some of my friends have apps on Facebook that supposedly tell you who visits your profile. Is this possible? Can you also see who looks at your photos?

No. That's the answer. They're all fake. They may get notifications that someone is visiting their profile but the app just picks a random friend and says they visited you're profile. So bottom line is, you've got nothing to worry about, they can't see that you've visited their profile.

Never. you can control who looks at any info on your FB with the privacy option. I did that. i didn't want everyone viewing my photos and personal business except my friends.

there are some app that show your profile picture when you are looking at that friends page but that doesn't record anything. Plus it would go against FB's terms and conditions.
