I want to create a page for the products I sell but I would rather if people on my friend's list didn't know that I was the owner of the page. When you create a page, can people see that you are the owner and does it show up on your own personal news feed??

You can set the page to Public and it allow people to know you are an owner. Keep in mind that adding additional owners is possible and they have the same measure of power as you do. For example, deleting the page.

No they cant see that u are the admin of that page. What u can do is, invite everyone in ur frnd list to like ur page. And u can even advertise ur page by promoting it.
